General Terms & Conditions

Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash
  • Credit Card
  • All prices include GST

Booking & Deposit

  • 20% deposit required on booking
  • Final numbers and payment due one week prior to function

Cancellation Policy

  • No deposit refund in event of cancellation
  • Booking can be rescheduled if date is available
  • Functions must be held within 12 months of original booking date or deposit will be forfeited
  • Deposits cannot be taken out in goods or services
  • All function cancellations incur a $250 Admin Fee
  • Date changes to events are only permitted to be postponed one time

Product & Service Terms

  • Seasonal factors may affect the supply of some products
  • We will endeavour to replace unavailable items with similar alternatives
  • Allow 30 minutes extra time for deliveries due to unforeseen traffic conditions
  • Travelling fees may apply

Payment Timing

  • Full payment must be paid 48 hours before the event

Item Replacement

  • If an item is not available, we can replace with another item of similar quality and value
